Overview

MSI is seeking an experienced Senior A&F Recruiter to join our growing team in Boca Raton. This role will focus on permanent placement recruiting within Accounting & Finance, partnering with companies across South Florida to identify and place top talent.


The ideal candidate has experience recruiting within the Accounting & Finance vertical, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and enjoys building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. This individual will work on a range of searches including Controllers, Accounting Managers, Senior Accountants, FP&A professionals, and Finance leadership roles.


Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for permanent Accounting & Finance roles
  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Assist in offer negotiations and support successful candidate placements

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Accounting & Finance professionals across multiple industries
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates regarding opportunities and market trends

Client & Market Partnership

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and position requirements
  • Provide insight on compensation trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies
  • Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists and maintain strong client communication throughout the search process

ATS & Recruiting Operations

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Bullhorn ATS system
  • Track candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics across multiple active searches
  • Collaborate with internal team members to support client searches and candidate engagement


Experience

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience within Accounting & Finance in a staffing or agency environment preferred
  • Proven success managing multiple searches and placing professionals in permanent roles


Skills

  • Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment
  • Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
