The Security Software Engineering team seeks a Principle Engineer that is subject matter expert that spans multiple technology discipline including Engineering, Design, and Architecture to develop software engineering solutions for our stakeholders. The Principle Engineer will be responsible for driving the vision in alignment with Enterprise 6S Strategy goals and enabling the simplification of application cloud integration, process and controls automation, SDLC adherence, mentoring, and interfacing with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
The incumbent will interact directly with internal partners/ stakeholders, Management, Executive leadership, and their respective teams to influence technology decisions. They will be responsible for providing sound recommendations for technical solutions that will not only benefit their organization, but the also the entire enterprise. They will collaborate with internal teams to recommend, design, and build complex technology solutions that align with enterprise 6 S goals. The candidate will need to have both seasoned soft and exceptional hard skills to present to all levels within the organization and influence technology decisions.
The position requires a seasoned engineer with 10 + years’ experience in multiple engineering disciplines including Software Design, Architecture, Development, Automation, and Cloud to lead the implementation of complex software engineering and automation solutions for SSE and ICS. These solutions align with Wells Fargo 6 S strategy, and are vital to ensure the technology transformation and modernization goals of the firm.
Salary range is determined by location of the job.
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule:
NY-New York: Min: $168,000 Mid: $240,000 Max: $312,000
NC-Charlotte: Min: $140,000 Mid: $200,00 Max: $260,000
PA-Philadelphia: Min: $154,000 Mid: $220,000 Max: $286,000
CO-Greenwood Village: Min: $140,000 Mid: $200,000 Max: $260,000
May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards
