Duration: 6 month contract + extensions

Pay: $75/hr.


Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a DPS Program Manager IV (PM4) to support a large healthcare organization’s system‑wide pharmacy security modernization initiative. This role is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing approved security technology solutions across licensed pharmacy spaces throughout Northern California.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead security integration efforts for pharmacy capital improvement projects, including new builds, renovations, expansions, and retrofits
  • Conduct comprehensive gap assessments of existing pharmacy security systems and develop remediation plans
  • Oversee installation and commissioning of approved security hardware and software systems
  • Ensure technical security design standards are incorporated from early project phases through deployment
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage project milestones, deliverables, and schedules
  • Partner with stakeholders to achieve and sustain >98% technical security operational readiness across in‑scope systems
  • Support system documentation, maintenance record compliance, and published Pharmacy Security Plans
  • Provide on‑site support at pharmacy locations as needed and manage regional site travel
  • Deliver clear reporting, documentation, and status updates to leadership and project stakeholders


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in security systems integration or related technical security roles
  • Healthcare environment experience, preferably supporting regulated or pharmacy‑based facilities
  • Program or Project Management experience leading multi‑site initiatives
  • PMP certification (required)
  • Proven ability to conduct gap analysis and develop actionable remediation plans
  • Hands‑on experience installing, validating, and commissioning security hardware and software systems
  • Strong stakeholder communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting healthcare pharmacy security programs
  • Familiarity with enterprise security design standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage hybrid work environments with both onsite and remote execution
