WHAT OUR SECURITY OFFICERS DO

Security Officers help to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience to remember.

A SECURITY OFFICER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet guestsin a friendly and inviting manner
• Check guest identificationwhen age restrictions are enforced
• Ensure guests adhere to the venue’s safety policiesand procedures
• Assists with monitoring alcohol servicesecurity functions, including guest serving limits
• Diffuses difficult guest situationswith integrity
• Assist and direct guestsas needed
• Communicates potential guest service issuesto management team

WHAT IT TAKES

• 2+ years in a similar role preferred
• A passion for guest service and hospitality
• Background Checks and Security Certifications (where applicable)

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Typical entertainment and waterpark environment whereyou’llwalk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with someassistance.You’llwork outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.
