Full-Time Seasonal | Monday–Friday

We are hiring Seasonal Production Associates to support our busy Mother’s Day production season at our print manufacturing facility in Louisville, KY. This is a short-term opportunity ideal for individuals looking to earn extra income in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Assignments will begin in late April and last approximately 2 to 5 weeks, depending on production needs.

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

Requirements

• Assist with operating and supporting production machines
• Handle materials and products throughout the manufacturing process
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus (not required)

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working around machinery and production equipment
