The City of Tukwilais seeking SeasonalMaintenance Workersto join our team!
The Public Works Department creates a foundation for high quality of life in Tukwila by protecting the health and safety of residents, visitors, and businesses. Most of the work is performed outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Occasionally they are required to respond to emergencies after hours in addition to their normal shift. They operate trucks, flatbeds, commercial vehicles, and specialized heavy equipment.Initial screening will be based on the contents and completeness of the "education" and "work experience" section of your application in the Government jobs website.
In order to be considered for this position you MUST apply on-line and complete the entire application. Please include previous experience in streets maintenance or public works maintenance. Any other related work, training, or volunteer experience in streets maintenance, tools, and equipment will be considered.
