Scheduler Job Description:
PrideStaff Financial is working with a local business who is looking for a Scheduler to join their team. The Scheduler will make calls, schedule appointments, track production, and ensure credit card payments are processed. The ideal Scheduler has previous experience as a Scheduler in a similar role, superb communication and organizational skills focused on delivering excellent customer service. The Scheduler position is a full time, temp to hire position in Sacramento, CA.
Scheduler Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure All Appointments, Service Calls, Pre-Production Tasks, & Installations Are Scheduled Correctly & Efficiently
Make Calls to Customers For Scheduling Consultations & Installations
Work With Sales, Bids, Marketing, Production, & Installation, Ensuring The Project Life-Cycle of a Customer is Complete & Accurate
Create & Process Purchase, Sales, & Invoice Orders Promptly & Accurately
Assist With Monitoring Trucks Using Contractor Foreman Project Management System& Respond to Emails
Submit Forms & Process Credit Card Payments
Scheduler Requirements & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
1+ Years of Administrative Coordinator Experience in Construction or Manufacturing Highly Preferred
Previous Experience Using Invoice & Purchase Order Systems
Demonstrates Excellent Organizational Skills to Manage Multiple Appointment Transactions Simultaneously
Demonstrates Excellent Written & Verbal Organizational Skills
Has Excellent Phone Etiquette & Computer Skills
