Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop preconstruction, design development, and bid/buy‑out schedules.
  • Partner with Marketing to produce high‑level proposal schedules, graphics, and visualizations for pursuits.
  • Review prime contracts and specifications to ensure all schedules meet contractual and technical requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and update baseline schedules, preconstruction schedules, proposal schedules, and monthly schedule updates.
  • Perform CPM schedule analysis, Earned Value assessments, and forecasting to support project performance tracking.
  • Prepare clear, accurate schedule narratives aligned with project milestones and contractual obligations.
  • Support project teams in day‑to‑day schedule management and provide guidance on sequencing and planning.
  • Collect and integrate subcontractor schedule inputs; ensure alignment with overall project strategy.
  • Facilitate collaborative planning sessions with project teams, designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to define sequencing, manpower plans, and critical milestones.
  • Identify schedule risks, deviations, and potential delays; support teams with mitigation strategies, recovery plans, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare Time Impact Analyses (TIA) to support schedule extensions, delay claims, and contractual requirements.
  • Oversee Primavera P6 database management, including activity coding, cost loading, and resource loading.
  • Conduct internal scheduling trainings, including P6 workshops and hands‑on schedule‑building sessions.
  • Mentor project teams on scheduling best practices, change order impacts, and productivity tracking.
  • Support vertical alignment between P6 schedules and detailed tracking tools such as procurement logs, Level 4/5 tools, and commitment‑based planning systems.
  • Perform QA/QC on all schedule updates and data inputs.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and planning abilities.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with project teams, field staff, and stakeholders.
  • Full understanding of construction sequencing, critical path logic, and schedule‑related contractual requirements.
  • Ability to perform cost and resource loading in P6 on a project‑specific basis.
