Scheduler


Pride Health is seeking a Scheduler for one of its clients in Massachusetts.

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension with competitive pay and benefits.


Location – Boston, MA - 02215

Pay range - $20 to $24 per Hour on a W2.

Length of assignment – 3 Months of Contract (Possibility of extension)

Shift / Schedule – Monday to Friday, Start time will be 8 or 9 am daily. 8 am-4:30 pm, 9 am-5:30 pm.


Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient procedures within the cardiology department, ensuring accurate scheduling, effective communication, and smooth workflow between patients, physicians, and clinical teams.


Job Duties

  • Schedule procedures, testing, surgeries, and follow-up appointments.
  • Communicate appointment details to patients (in-person and via mail).
  • Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling systems.
  • Coordinate physician schedules, procedure locations, and required resources.
  • Process referrals, authorizations, and required documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners.
  • Update and communicate daily schedules and changes.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Epic scheduling experience required.
  • Cardiology experience preferred.
