PART-TIME SATURDAY RECEPTIONIST – LEXUS OF COOL SPRINGS (SALES DEPARTMENT)
Hours: Saturdays, 7:30 AM – 6 PM | Pay: $15-16/hour | Additional days/hours may be available
Lexus of Cool Springs is looking for a warm, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our Sales Department team on Saturdays. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being the welcoming face of a professional environment, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:Greet all visitors and determine their needs with professionalism and warmth
Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
Answer and transfer incoming calls, or take clear, detailed messages
Communicate with customers in a courteous and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and inviting coffee bar area; offer light refreshments
Assist with light administrative tasks and dealership support as needed
Follow all receptionist processes and maintain a polished front desk presence
Reliable and punctual - must be able to work Saturdays
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor
Comfortable using computers and multi-line phone systems
Customer service or receptionist experience is a plus
Weekly pay at $15-16/hour
