Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile SAP Consultant with experience across multiple SAP modules and strong techno-functional expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP solutions across business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions across various modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.).
  • Participate in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects.
  • Configure SAP systems based on business needs and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and external vendors.
  • Provide functional and technical support, including troubleshooting issues and resolving system defects.
  • Prepare functional specifications for developments, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation such as user manuals and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, governance policies, and security standards.
  • Stay updated with new SAP releases, tools, and innovations (e.g., S/4HANA).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience working with multiple SAP modules (functional or techno-functional).
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration points between modules.
  • Experience in SAP implementation methodologies (ASAP, Activate, Agile).
  • Ability to write functional/technical specifications and coordinate with ABAP/development teams.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
