SAP Business One Solution Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business One Solution Consultant to support and lead ERP solution design and implementation, with a strong focus on Manufacturing and Financial processes. This role is based in Irvine, California, with occasional travel to client sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Business One solution design and implementation for manufacturing and financial projects
• Analyze, configure, and optimize manufacturing processes, including:
• Production planning and scheduling
• Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings
• Inventory and warehouse management
• MRP, costing, and cost control
• Design, configure, and support financial modules, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Cost accounting and financial controls
• Financial reporting and month-end / year-end closing processes
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into SAP Business One solutions
• Work closely with developers on add-ons, integrations, APIs, and customizations
• Support data migration, system testing, user training, and go-live activities
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
• Act as a key functional advisor to business users and project stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One
• Proven experience as a Solution Consultant / Senior Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience in Manufacturing and Finance modules
• Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and ERP best practices
• Experience with SAP Business One add-ons (Boyum, Produmex, Beas – a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business users onsite
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed

Nice to Have

• Experience working with manufacturing companies in the U.S.
• Exposure to WMS, MES, or advanced planning scenarios
• SAP Business One on HANA experience
• Consulting or SAP Partner background
