Job Description
The Sanitation Worker is responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all machinery, equipment, and facility areas to maintain a safe, hygienic environment for the production and packaging of high-quality food products. This role involves working in a regulated food manufacturing setting, following GMP and SOP standards, and performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with operating a floor scrubber is a plus.
SHIFT: 6;30am to 3pm - Monday to Friday.

Work Environment
This position is based in a food manufacturing facility that operates under strict CGMP and HAACP guidelines. The production floor is not climate controlled, so it can be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Work boots are required, and all employees must follow CGMP policies, including wearing appropriate hair netting, safety glasses, and other required protective equipment. Jewelry is not permitted in production and sanitation areas to maintain food safety standards. The role involves working on the production floor and in other facility areas that require consistent cleaning and sanitation. The available schedule includes a first shift from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime regularly available as needed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.80 - $20.80/hr.
