Sanitation Lead

Locations: Elk Grove Village & Des Plaines, IL
Pay Rate: $15.50/hour

• 3rd Shift: 11:15 PM – 7:45 AM

Weight requirement: 50-80LBS 
Clean and sanitize floors, walls, ceilings, drains, and covers.
Remove food debris and maintain hygienic conditions before and after shifts.
Clean production rooms, storage areas, hallways, and refrigeration units.
Empty and sanitize trash bins, waste containers, and compactors; dispose of by‑products per plant procedures.
Keep waste areas clean to prevent pests; support pest‑control monitoring.
Prepare and dilute cleaning chemicals safely; store all chemicals in labeled containers.
Use required PPE (gloves, goggles, aprons, boots) and follow OSHA safety standards.
Perform pre‑operational inspections.
Sanitize utensils, tools, and support environmental swabbing for bacteria testing.
