Position Overview

We are hiring a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by working directly with customers in the field. This role involves frequent travel and hands-on interaction with customers in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Rhode Island Novelty’s product line to new and existing customers
• Travel regularly to customer locations and industry events
• Build strong relationships and understand customer needs
• Recommend products and drive incremental sales
• Support customers with merchandising, product selection, and reorders
• Stay informed on market trends and customer feedback

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (industry experience a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, informal environment
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Willingness to travel frequently
