We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join an agile CRM technology team supporting a large Workplace Investing organization within the financial services space. This team builds and enhances Salesforce solutions used by thousands.

You will work closely with product owners, architects, analysts, and engineers to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong emphasis on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern Salesforce development practices.

The role emphasizes Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Apex, and Salesforce integrations. You will collaborate within an agile team to design, develop, and document scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform while adhering to best practices and governance limits.

Rate: $58.00 to $62.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) (primary focus; majority of daily work)
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and integrations while adhering to Salesforce governor limits and best practices
  • Build client‑side functionality using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Leverage Salesforce APIs and established integration patterns to connect Salesforce with external systems
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Contribute to overall technical architecture, development standards, and release processes
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical design discussions
  • Produce clear, concise technical and design documentation
  • Support team members by contributing solutions, mentoring when appropriate, and helping resolve technical challenges

Experience Requirements

  • 6–9 years of overall development experience
  • 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience

Strong Experience With

  • LWC
  • Apex
  • JavaScript
  • Salesforce APIs, integrations, triggers, and governor limits
  • Prior experience with Salesforce CPQ tools is a plus (Conga preferred, others acceptable)
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ, preferably Conga (preferred).

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or post-primary degree in a technology-related field.
