Summary:
Highly strategic and technically proficient� Salesforce� Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Architect to lead the technical vision of the� Salesforce� platform. As a leader of the project team, you will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that serve our Banking / Insurance / Wealth Management clients while ensuring strict adherence to global financial regulations. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders, understand requirements, present solution options, and make recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
·� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Architecture Leadership: Lead the end-to-end technical design of� Salesforce� FSC, including custom data modeling, integration architecture, and security frameworks.
·� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � FSC Governance: Define and enforce best practices for the FSC data model, specifically managing Person Accounts, Households, and the Actionable Relationship Center (ARC).
·� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Security & Compliance: Architect solutions that satisfy SOC2, FINRA, and GDPR requirements using tools like� Salesforce� Shield and Compliant Data Sharing.
·� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Integration Oversight: Design robust API-led integration patterns between� Salesforce� and core financial systems (e.g., core banking, policy administration, or portfolio management tools).
·� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Leadership: Lead and mentor Technical/Development teams through the implementation phases. Act as the technical authority for developers and admins, ensuring code quality and platform stability.

Required Qualifications:
•� � � � � � � � � � � Experience: 10+ years of� Salesforce� experience, with at least 3 years specifically architecting solutions on Financial Services Cloud.
•� � � � � � � � � � � Domain Expertise: Proven understanding of financial service lifecycles (e.g., client onboarding, mortgage processing, or wealth planning).
•� � � � � � � � � � � Data Models: Deep expertise in Large Data Volumes (LDV), complex sharing models, and data migration from legacy financial systems.
•� � � � � � � � � � � Development Background: Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Flow, with the ability to perform rigorous code reviews.

Preferred Certifications:
•� � � � � � � � � � � Salesforce� Certified Application or System Architect (required).
•� � � � � � � � � � � Salesforce� Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional (highly preferred).
