Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate support throughout the pre-sales process, including product information, case design support, illustrations, and resource navigation
  • Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries from internal partners and external stakeholders in a professional and service-oriented manner
  • Collaborate with Sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support business priorities and resolve requests
  • Assist in coordinating tools, resources, and information to ensure efficient workflow across the team
  • Maintain a strong understanding of products, processes, and systems to effectively support sales activity
  • Contribute to process improvements and provide ideas to enhance team effectiveness
  • Support the development and refinement of sales materials and messaging

  • Strong customer service mindset with professional communication skills (phone and email)
  • Ability to learn quickly and complete required licensing within established timelines, if applicable

  • Interest in financial services is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience in a high-volume, service-oriented environment
  • Ability to clearly interpret and communicate product information
  • Experience in life and annuities or financial services is preferred
  • Interest in growing into sales, distribution, or technical roles over time
