Sales Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate support throughout the pre-sales process, including product information, case design support, illustrations, and resource navigation
- Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries from internal partners and external stakeholders in a professional and service-oriented manner
- Collaborate with Sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support business priorities and resolve requests
- Assist in coordinating tools, resources, and information to ensure efficient workflow across the team
- Maintain a strong understanding of products, processes, and systems to effectively support sales activity
- Contribute to process improvements and provide ideas to enhance team effectiveness
- Support the development and refinement of sales materials and messaging
Required Qualifications

- Strong customer service mindset with professional communication skills (phone and email)
- Ability to learn quickly and complete required licensing within established timelines, if applicable

- Interest in financial services is an asset
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience in a high-volume, service-oriented environment
- Ability to clearly interpret and communicate product information
- Experience in life and annuities or financial services is preferred
- Interest in growing into sales, distribution, or technical roles over time
