SUMMARY


  • ATC Aerospace is seeking an innovative, driven, and highly motivated candidate with a strong attention to detail for an Inside Sales Customer Representative position. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position will be an integral member of the team. Responsible for all aspects of customer sales including quoting, entering orders In ERP system, order administration, sourcing. This role is also expected to support the growth of government and military aftermarket solicitations. This position operates with moderate autonomy in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines. High levels of commercial acumen are required to achieve desired outcomes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer customer inquiries including requests for quotations (RFQs), Purchase Order acknowledgements, order status, problem resolution, RMA, Quality, and enter all respective data within ATC’s ERP system.
  • Onboard new customers and prospective customers within ATC’s ERP.
  • Identify and execute against sales opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Create and process Sales Orders into the shipping cycle.
  • Identify and action open government and military solicitations through DIBBs.
  • Source required material IAW customer, military, or contractual requirements.
  • Work cooperatively with all other functions of the business including finance, shipping, and receiving, purchasing, and planning, manufacturing operations, and repair operations.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 5 years sales experience within the aerospace industry.
  • Strong background in military and government sales.
  • Preferred to have experience with inventory management and procurement.
  • Experience with DIBBs and/or SAM.gov
  • Experience utilizing PIEE, WAWF, and VSM.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Office-based.
  • Moderate noise level.
  • Frequent interaction with customers and vendors via email and phone.
