Sterling Communication Technologies, Inc is a Colorado-based Corporation established in 1994. We are a system integrator for internal communications & technology in Healthcare, Senior Living, Educational & Commercial Facilities, as well as special applications. Sterling focuses on designing, installation and servicing low voltage systems throughout the Rocky Mountain Region states of Colorado, Wyoming, Pacific NW, & Gulf Coast states. Sterling is looking forward to potential growth into Utah, Nebraska, Arizona, New Mexico & Texas. 

Role Description

This is a full-time role for Sales at Sterling Communication Technologies Inc located in Parker, CO. The Sales position will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, new business development, sales calls, and achieving sales targets. The Sales position will require the sales representative to be subject matter experts on all sales product lines. They will also establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and provide custom designed systems. Territory will be Colorado with potential to grow into neighboring states.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Create opportunities in sales funnel and back log growth
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends
• Existing relationships in Healthcare and Commercial markets
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to learn new CRM
