Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Midland, TX, with opportunities to work remotely. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and building customer relationships, generating leads, and driving sales for Quarles Petroleum's fleet fueling solutions. You will meet and exceed sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will help to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs while representing the company professionally.
Salary: $65k
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Sales and communication skills, including experience with lead generation, negotiations, and building client relationships
Familiarity with Fleet Fueling solutions, including fleet management systems or similar services, is preferred
Proficiency in prospecting tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and basic data analysis
Time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple client accounts efficiently
Adaptability to a hybrid work environment, with strong self-management for remote work and collaboration skills for in-office tasks
Previous experience in the petroleum or energy sector is a plus.
Must have the ability to travel throughout the United Sates.
