Sales Representative

Atlantic TRT is a rapidly growing telehealth clinic specializing in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and comprehensive hormone optimization for men experiencing fatigue, low libido, poor recovery, brain fog, and declining performance. Using clinical-grade bloodwork and virtual medical evaluations, we identify underlying hormonal issues and create customized treatment plans that help patients regain energy, confidence, and clarity.

We are expanding our team and seeking a professional, service-focused Patient Onboarding Specialist to support individuals as they begin their hormone optimization journey.

Position Summary

The Patient Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in guiding prospective patients through the first steps of their evaluation and treatment. This is a consultative, patient-centered sales role where you will educate individuals about our process, gather essential health information, and assist them in completing required steps such as lab work and telehealth scheduling.

This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust quickly with individuals seeking medical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective patients by phone and SMS to begin the onboarding process

Explain our clinical process, including lab work, telehealth consultations, and treatment planning

• Collect and document relevant personal, lifestyle, and medical history information
• Assist patients in completing intake forms and preparing for their clinical evaluation
• Maintain accurate, timely records using our CRM and workflow systems
• Provide follow-up communication to ensure patients complete required steps
• Coordinate with the clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition into care

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional sales or customer-facing experience (healthcare, wellness, or service-based sales preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to discuss sensitive health-related topics
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple patient workflows
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Interest in men’s health, wellness, longevity, or telehealth is a strong plus
