Sales Arborist (Tree Care Consultant)

This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to residential, commercial, and municipal clients—helping them protect, maintain, and enhance their landscapes.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with high-value clients to assess tree and landscape needs
• Diagnose issues related to tree health, safety, and structure
• Develop and present customized, science-backed tree care solutions
• Own the full sales cycle from consultation through close
• Build and manage long-term client relationships and recurring business
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within your territory
• Partner closely with operations to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
• Mentor and support junior team members as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of success in sales (arboriculture, landscaping, or similar industry preferred)
• Proven ability to build and manage a book of business
• ISA Certified Arborist (preferred) or willingness to obtain
• Plant Health Care (PHC) knowledge is a strong plus
• Strong communicator—able to simplify technical concepts for clients
• Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and driven by performance
• Comfortable using CRM tools and proposal software
