Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Chicago, IL. The Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and effectively communicate the value of Fly Heli’s services to meet client needs. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing quotes, prospecting for client leads, and meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.


Qualifications

  • Sales and communication skills, including relationship-building, prospecting, and negotiation
  • Customer service and client management experience to ensure positive client interactions
  • Experienced at meeting or exceeding given sales targets
  • Knowledge to develop KPIs to measure sales success across Fly Heli's offered products
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision


Above and Beyond Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the tourism or charter sales market
  • Experienced and comfortable with cold-calling prospective sales


Base Salary

$40,000 / Year


Commission

  • Uncapped Commission on Group Tour and Charter Sales
