Position Overview

The Sales & Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, outbound sales, and event-driven initiatives. This role owns corporate, fundraising, wholesale, and group sales channels while partnering with Marketing to support community engagement and event-driven initiatives that generate traffic, build relationships, and expand brand visibility.

This position serves as a key external representative of Seroogy’s—developing partnerships, cultivating long-term relationships, and creating in-person experiences that translate into measurable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

·      Develop and execute strategies to grow corporate, fundraising, wholesale, and group sales revenue.

·      Build and manage a sales pipeline, including prospecting, outreach, follow-up, and closing new business.

·      Identify and secure new partnerships, including corporate clients, local businesses, tourism groups, and regional organizations.

·      Maintain and grow existing accounts to increase repeat business and lifetime value.

·      Proactively develop group tour, travel, and visitor bureau relationships to drive retail traffic and brand exposure.

·      Partner with Retail and Production teams to design and deliver high-quality group and corporate experiences.

·      Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of custom orders and corporate gifting programs.

·      Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and follow-up cadence

Customer Service Leadership

·      Oversee the customer service function across retail, online, fundraising, and corporate inquiries.

·      Establish and uphold service standards that reflect Seroogy’s commitment to hospitality and quality.

·      Coach and develop team members to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.

·      Partner with Retail leadership to enhance in-store sales performance and the overall customer experience.

Community Partnerships & Events

·      Identify and pursue event, trade show, and partnership opportunities that align with revenue goals.

·      Represent Seroogy’s at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.

·      Plan and execute a calendar of on-site and in-store events designed to drive traffic, sales, and community engagement.

·      Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and Production to ensure strong event execution and promotion.

·      Track and evaluate event performance (leads, traffic, sales impact) and continuously refine approach.

Seasonal Planning & Cross-Functional Coordination

·      Collaborate with Retail, Production, and leadership to support seasonal product assortments and gifting strategies.

·      Contribute customer insights, sales trends, and partnership feedback to inform seasonal planning decisions.

·      Support identification of new product, bundle, and gift opportunities aligned with customer demand and sales goals.

·      Assist in coordinating seasonal timelines, communication, and readiness across Sales, Marketing, Retail, and Production teams.

·      Ensure alignment on product availability, timing, and promotional needs to support successful seasonal launches.

·      Support post-season reviews by gathering insights and identifying opportunities for improvement.
