Position Overview
Fausto Commercial is seeking a high-performance Sales Manager to lead and scale a team of 40–50 commercial real estate agents across multiple sectors and geographic markets throughout Miami.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, is passionate about coaching and developing talent, and is motivated by building both top-producing agents and stronger communities.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 40–50 commercial real estate agents
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative sales environment
Training & Development
- Train all new hires on the Fausto sales script, systems, and brokerage standards
- Run structured bi-weekly/monthly in-office trainings focused on sales execution, market knowledge, and deal-making
- Continuously develop agents across asset classes including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and land
Performance Management
- Monitor and track key agent KPIs:
- Call volume
- Appointments set
- Conversion / closing ratios
- Hold agents accountable to production goals and activity standards
- Identify underperformance early and implement coaching and improvement plans
Sales Execution & Strategy
- Drive revenue growth across multiple commercial sectors and territories
- Ensure consistent execution of Fausto’s proven sales processes and client strategies
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and optimize sales systems
Reporting & Analytics
- Compile and present weekly and monthly performance reports to the executive team
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
- Use insights to improve team output and deal flow
Recruiting & Growth
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new agents
- Help scale the team while maintaining a high talent bar and strong cultural fit
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, or sales leadership
- Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of KPI-driven sales environments and pipeline management
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Located in Miami, with the ability to commute to the Little Havana HQ daily
- Fluent in English & Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Florida real estate license
- Experience in multi-sector commercial real estate (multifamily, retail, industrial, office, land)
- Experience managing teams across multiple geographic markets
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Compensation
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (based on experience) + Bonus
