We are expanding aggressively in New Jersey and seeking a driven Sales Executive who knows how to build relationships, walk into warehouses with confidence, and close staffing contracts.


Position Overview

We are hiring a Sales Executive with proven experience selling temporary staffing, light‑industrial staffing, or warehouse labor solutions.

This is a field‑based role you will be visiting warehouses, distribution centers, food processing facilities, and supply chain operations across New Jersey to secure new end‑clients.


This is a 1‑year 1099 contract with strong earning potential through commissions.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and target new clients in logistics, food & beverage, supply chain, and warehouse operations


Conduct in‑person visits to warehouses and distribution centers across New Jersey


Build strong relationships with hiring managers, operations managers, and HR teams


Present staffing solutions tailored to client needs


Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements


Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure client satisfaction


Maintain weekly activity reports and sales pipeline updates


Represent The Lords Staffing Agency with professionalism and integrity


Required Qualifications

3–5 years of sales experience in the staffing industry (mandatory)


Proven track record of bringing in new clients and closing staffing contracts


Strong understanding of warehouse, logistics, and light‑industrial environments


Ability to walk into facilities, introduce services, and build relationships


Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow‑up skills


Must be comfortable working independently and traveling throughout New Jersey


Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


Compensation

$75,000 annual pay (1099 contractor)


Commission/Percentage % on every new client you bring in (TBD)


Unlimited earning potential based on performance
