Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Education Coordinator in NYC to support retail sales, in-store execution, and brand education across key accounts. This is a hands-on, field-support role focused on executing trainings, supporting store teams, and ensuring strong in-store presence.


Key Responsibilities

Retail Support & Execution

  • Support in-store sales initiatives, focus days, and brand activations
  • Assist in driving sell-through at key retail partners including ULTA and CVS
  • Ensure Skin Gym products are properly represented on shelf

Education & Training Support

  • Assist with product trainings for store associates and retail teams
  • Demonstrate products in-store and support customer engagement
  • Help maintain strong product knowledge across retail staff

Merchandising & Store Maintenance

  • Ensure fixtures are clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Monitor inventory levels and report out-of-stock issues
  • Support visual merchandising and brand standards in-store

Retail Relationships

  • Build positive relationships with store associates and managers
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day store needs
  • Communicate feedback from stores to internal team

Field Operations Support

  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of store visits and events
  • Support freelance brand ambassadors as needed
  • Help track store visits, sales activity, and key updates

Reporting & Admin

  • Maintain simple trackers for store visits, inventory issues, and feedback
  • Share weekly updates on store conditions and opportunities
  • Assist with general operational and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in retail, beauty, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Willingness to travel locally for store visits
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and customer experience
