Role Description

This is an on-site Sales Intern role located in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Sales Development Representative, you will support the sales team by generating leads, assisting in customer communications, and observing or participating in sales calls. You will be expected to develop a strong understanding of JR Capital’s financing solutions, assist in maintaining client relationships, and contribute to the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. There will be a base plus commission.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Sales and Sales Management knowledge, with a focus on lead generation and developing strategies for successful client engagement
• Ability to learn and assist with training on sales processes and techniques
• Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
