As one of the largest international brokers serving clients worldwide and a leading partner of top global carriers, ICI is expanding its B2B group benefits division and seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to help accelerate growth.
Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in driving new business opportunities for the Group Benefits team. This position focuses on identifying and engaging prospective organizations, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for international employee benefits solutions.
The SDR will conduct outreach, build relationships with decision-makers such as HR leaders and international operations managers, and help introduce organizations to ICI’s global insurance solutions.
