Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive growth by creating new opportunities for our sales team.

This role is a mix of inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting. You’ll often be the first point of contact—responsible for understanding customer needs, qualifying opportunities, and setting our team up for success.

You’ll also support the sales process by helping move deals forward—assisting with order details, customer follow-up, and coordination with internal teams.

This role is designed as a stepping stone into a full sales role, with the opportunity to grow into an Account Manager or Account Executive position within 6–12 months based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

·        Qualify inbound leads and determine next steps

·        Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups) to generate new opportunities

·        Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Managers

·        Maintain consistent daily activity to build pipeline

·        Research prospects and identify new opportunities

·        Support the sales team with quotes, order details, and customer communication

·        Confirm order details and ensure accuracy before handoff to operations

·        Track all activity in CRM (Salesforce or similar)

·        Collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver a strong customer experience

Qualifications

·        0–2 years of experience (sales, customer service, hospitality, or similar)

·        Strong communication skills (phone + email)

·        Willingness to make outbound calls and handle rejection positively

·        Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable

·        Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

·        CRM or Microsoft Office experience is a plus, not required
