Position Summary:


The Ellis Brooklyn Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving smooth, efficient operations across our organization. In this customer-focused role, you’ll partner closely with the Sales Director and Sales & Trade Marketing Assocaite to own the daily administration of major national accounts—managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables with precision. You’ll serve as a connector between sales and cross-functional partners (e.g., operations, finance, marketing), ensuring information flows seamlessly, issues are resolved quickly, and commitments are met. The ideal candidate is proactive and detail-obsessed, bringing rigor to processes, consistency to execution, and a unified view of sales performance across channels. Your work will elevate customer experiences, reduce operational friction, and enable commercial excellence at scale.


Responsibilities:


  • Support sales leads with operations and administrative support
  • Coordinate retailer meetings and line reviews end-to-end, including venue/room booking, tech setup, catering, and brand-right room décor. Work in collaboration with the Account Managers and Account Specialists
  • Manage Monthly Sales Team agenda, notes and follow-ups
  • Prepare meeting materials (agendas, sell-in decks, samples, etc) and capture action items, owners, and timelines to drive follow-through
  • Support teams with upcoming launches; complete Item and Product Setup Forms across retailer portals with precision and on-time delivery
  • Plan and execute ordering of GWPs and samples across channels, aggregating needs, timelines and executional logistics
  • Establish and maintain a structured documentation system for POG variations, space changes and competitive views across channels
  • Establish and maintain competitive activity across top accounts (innovation, pricing, space, etc)
  • Own retailer and vendor contract administration—from intake and review through execution, amendments, and archival—ensuring compliance with terms and timelines


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ideally 1-2 years of sales or account experience
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Independent, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and operate effectively within team environments
  • Communicate clearly and exchange accurate information with others, and ability to take and process feedback.

  • This position is in office from Monday-Thurs in our NYC office with Fridays remote. Please note that in office schedules can change at any time.


Compensation & Benefits


  • $58,000-$65,000 salary
