Role Description — Sales Consultant, Spring House, PA

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role at Spring House Window & Door for our Spring House, PA location. Sales Consultants guide homeowners and builders through window and door selections, provide accurate product recommendations, and support customers from first contact through project planning. The role requires clear communication, reliable follow‑through, and comfort in a consultative selling environment.

This role suits someone who is relationship‑driven, clear in communication, and comfortable in a consultative sales environment.

Sales Consultants benefit from an established 30+ year reputation and strong demand as we expand into new communities. Responsibilities include preparing quotes; meeting with customers in the showroom and in their homes; coordinating with installation teams; and maintaining organized follow‑through. Comprehensive product and manufacturer training is provided, with opportunities to grow into Outside Sales and Territory Sales roles over time.


Qualifications

  • 2 years of sales, customer service, or consultative selling experience
  • Experience in home improvement, building materials, or design preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to guide customers through decisions
  • Organized, reliable follow‑up; comfortable using quoting tools and CRM systems
  • Able to learn technical product details and present them confidently
  • High school diploma required; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required


Additional Information

  • Compensation: Starting salary of $65,000 with 3% commission on sales. Annual earnings potential of $85,000–$110,000+ depending on performance.
