Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Consultant who is creative, driven, and excited to be part of the design and construction process, not just sell products, but help shape spaces.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in North Miami, FL, with flexibility for partial remote work.

In this role, you will be deeply involved in projects from the early design stage through final installation. You will work directly with clients and industry professionals to understand their vision, guide material selections, and help bring projects to life through our showroom, fabrication capabilities, and installation teams.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working in a creative, high-energy environment where no two projects are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and developers on active projects
• Help clients explore materials, textures, and finishes to bring design concepts to life
• Develop relationships and guide clients through the full sales and project process
• Assist in structuring and closing project deals, especially for larger-scale work
• Coordinate with our in-house fabrication and installation teams to ensure seamless execution
• Manage multiple active projects while maintaining attention to detail and timelines
• Be part of a team that problem-solves, adapts, and executes in real time
