Job Purpose

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive eCommerce sales growth and support the development and launch of new products across multiple channels including Amazon, iHerb, and direct-to-consumer platforms.


Responsibilities

Ecommerce Sales & Channel Management:

·        Manage and grow sales on platforms such as Amazon, iHerb, and Shopify

·        Optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, images, A+ content)

·        Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activity

·        Track performance metrics (sales, conversion, traffic, ROI)


Digital Marketing Execution:

·        Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, social media)

·        Manage product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

·        Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI

·        Create marketing materials (flyers, product pages, ads)


Product Development & Launch:

·        Support development of new dietary supplement and skincare products

·        Conduct market research and competitive analysis

·        Assist in product positioning, naming, and pricing strategy

·        Coordinate with R&D, QA, and production teams for product rollout

·        Develop launch plans including marketing, sales strategy, and timelines


Sales Support Business Development:

·        Support B2B and retail sales initiatives (including consignment programs)

·        Prepare sales materials and presentations

·        Assist in identifying new sales channels and partnership opportunities


Qualifications

Required:

·        2–5 years experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or sales

·        Experience with Amazon Seller Central (highly preferred)

·        Strong analytical skills (Excel, data interpretation)

·        Excellent communication and organizational skills

·        Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

·        Experience in dietary supplements, skincare

·        Familiarity with iHerb platform

·        Experience with product development or product launch cycles

·        Knowledge of FDA dietary supplement or cosmetic regulations

·        Experience with Canva, Shopify, or marketing tools


Compensation

·        Competitive salary $65,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience)
