Company Description Precision Services Group (PSG) is a full-service marketing execution partner that supports clients from initial concept through final delivery. PSG also offers custom ordering portals and inventory management tools that help clients streamline campaigns and maintain brand consistency. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role based in Fullerton, CA. The Sales Account Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts across print, packaging, fulfillment, and marketing execution projects. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, prospecting and generating leads, preparing proposals and quotes, and presenting solutions that align with client needs and budgets. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, coordinating with internal production, design, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services, and monitoring project status to proactively address issues. The Sales Account Manager will regularly track account performance, gather client feedback, and work to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Account management and customer service skills, with experience building long-term relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Customer satisfaction focus, including the ability to understand client goals, manage expectations, and resolve issues professionally.
  • Lead generation and sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and effective presentation abilities.
  • Experience in print, marketing services, or related industries preferred, with the ability to learn technical product details.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with production and operations staff.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a client-centric mindset; previous B2B sales or account management experience is strongly preferred.
