PSG also offers custom ordering portals and inventory management tools that help clients streamline campaigns and maintain brand consistency. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role based in Fullerton, CA. The Sales Account Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts across print, packaging, fulfillment, and marketing execution projects. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, prospecting and generating leads, preparing proposals and quotes, and presenting solutions that align with client needs and budgets. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, coordinating with internal production, design, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services, and monitoring project status to proactively address issues. The Sales Account Manager will regularly track account performance, gather client feedback, and work to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
