We’re looking for an EHS / Safety Specialist to support safety programs across multiple manufacturing and warehouse locations. This role partners closely with Operations leaders to improve safety performance, ensure OSHA/DOT compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and regulatory standards
• Deliver safety training and implement safety programs
• Identify hazards and drive corrective actions
• Partner with plant leaders to improve workplace safety performance
What We’re Looking For
• 3–8+ years of EHS / Safety experience
• Manufacturing or warehouse environment experience
• Experience with safety audits, compliance, and investigations
• Ability to build strong relationships with operations leadership
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associate + strong experience considered)
