We're partnering with a privately owned, high-growth staffing organization headquartered in Dallas to identify a Safety Professional who will help strengthen safety practices across multiple client worksites and branch operations.
This is a newly created role driven by the company’s rapid growth and is designed to help centralize safety initiatives, support incident management, and enhance training across the organization.
This individual will work closely with operations leadership, branch teams, and client contacts to help ensure field employees are working in safe, compliant environments.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct safety audits and site inspections at client worksites
• Support incident investigations, reporting, and claims coordination
• Assist with safety training initiatives for field employees and internal teams
• Partner with branch leadership and client contacts to maintain strong safety standards
Ideal Background
• 2–5 years of safety experience in a high-volume light industrial staffing environment
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• OSHA certification preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
This role is based at the company’s Dallas headquarters and involves local and regional travel to branch locations and client worksites as needed.
