Join our team as an Office Coffee Route Delivery Representative, where you’ll deliver products, build strong customer relationships, and help keep workplaces running smoothly.
Essential Functions:
Route Delivery & Service
- Take customer orders, pick and prepare daily product loads, and deliver products on an established route schedule.
- Ensure all in‑stock accounts are filled to appropriate levels to prevent outages.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales, and inventory throughout the route.
Customer Relationships & Sales
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Provide exceptional service during each visit, addressing needs proactively.
- Upsell new coffee products, breakroom supplies, and seasonal offerings to existing accounts.
Equipment & Inventory Management
- Manage route truck inventory efficiently while minimizing waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the route truck; report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Call equipment repair issues into dispatch and perform minor service repairs when appropriate.
Skills You Should Have:
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
- Dependability, self-motivated, and a positive attitude.
- A valid Wisconsin driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands‑on role. You should be comfortable with:
- Repeatedly lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Pushing loaded carts and performing routine bending, walking, and climbing.
- Working in both indoor and outdoor conditions.
