Job Description
This role offers an opportunity to learn the commercial flat roofing trade while working as a general laborer on active construction sites. You will support experienced roofers by moving materials, using hand and power tools, and following all safety practices and PPE requirements while working outdoors on commercial and industrial roofing projects.

Work Environment
This is a fully outdoor role, working 100% of the time on commercial and industrial roofing projects in all weather conditions. The work is physically demanding and involves lifting heavy materials, climbing, and working at heights on roofs. Crews typically consist of 2–5 team members, fostering a team-oriented environment on each project. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., starting the day at the shop and then traveling to jobsites that are generally within about 45 minutes, with some larger projects up to approximately 1.5 hours away. The dress code includes jeans and steel-toe boots, and required PPE such as a hard hat and safety vest is provided and must be worn on site.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
