In this highly visible role, you’ll be the clinical anchor and primary case manager for residents on managed care stays—guiding care from admission through discharge, mentoring nursing staff, and partnering with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windham, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
