Revenue Operations Specialist Job Description
Cobb Technologies is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to own alignment between marketing strategy, sales execution, and internal systems. This role is responsible for ensuring our data, systems, and insights support scalable growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, improving, and maintaining systems while also helping architect where we're going next.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology and Sales Systems Ownership:
- Own and administer HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub CMS) and it's integration with Salesforce.
- Manage and optimize integrations with third-party tools (e.g. ZoomInfo, event platforms, etc.)
- Maintain and oversee lead routing, lifecycle stages, pipeline structure and automated workflows
- Evaluate and implement new tools or enhancements that support long-term growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the operational bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Leadership
- Drive alignment across the full revenue funnel- from lead generation through closed business
- Partner with sales & marketing leadership on pipeline visibility, stage definitions, and conversion optimization
- Document workflows, processes, and best practices to enable consistency and support scalable growth
Reporting & Analytics:
- Build and maintain end-to-end reporting across the revenue funnel
- Use data to identify high-value target audiences, segments, and industries for marketing and sales efforts
- Deliver insights on marketing pipeline health
- Support forecasting efforts with accurate, structured data
- Continuously improve attribution models
Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Technology
- Advanced experience with HubSpot (workflows, properties, lists, reporting)
- Experience working with and integrating Salesforce (preferred) or other CRM
- Technical comfort (APIs, data structures, automation logic)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Understanding of:
- B2B funnel dynamics
- Attribution models and performance tracking
- Lead Lifecycle design and optimization
- Sales-marketing alignment strategies
- Familiarity with intent data platforms (ZoomInfo)
- Experience supporting events, webinars, or field marketing programs
- Experience documenting processes and building internal enablement resources
