DESCRIPTION:


The Senior Revenue Systems Specialist owns the hands-on configuration, administration, and maintenance of a global CRM platform for a leader in the professional lighting and entertainment technology industry. Reporting to the Senior Revenue Operations Manager, this role acts as a strategic partner in building workflows, automations, and system processes that support multi-channel commercial teams (B2B and B2C). This position ensures CRM functionality is reliable and aligned with business processes while providing a foundation for future governance. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, inquisitive professional ready to execute a high-level platform vision with the long-term potential to move into a management track overseeing CRM and PIM platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain workflows, automation, pipelines, properties, and lifecycle stages within HubSpot.
  • Execute lead routing, notifications, task management, and lifecycle updates to reduce manual work.
  • Ensure consistent adoption and standardization of processes across global teams, including US and European regions.
  • Partner with the Senior Revenue Operations Manager to execute system configuration, rollouts, and migrations.
  • Test automation and workflows for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity, monitor duplicates, and assist in dashboard and operational reporting setup.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day operational support and education for CRM users.
  • Document processes and best practices to ensure repeatable success and system growth.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, or sales operations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Technical: Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot, including building complex workflows and pipelines.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with channel-based industries, supporting both end-user and dealer-based marketing models.
  • Vision: Ability to understand platform architecture and provide proactive recommendations on automations and business-based ideas.
