Revenue Operations Consultant - Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Role Summary
Clarasys is seeking Revenue Operations Consultants to join our rapidly expanding Boston team. We are hiring across multiple levels to drive strategic alignment across the full project lifecycle, specializing in complex L2C/Q2C/O2C transformations across Revenue Operations functions. We seek candidates from established consulting firms who possess the analytical skills to solve client challenges and the leadership presence to manage executive stakeholders.

We are currently scaling our Boston hub and are looking for talented individuals at the Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Managing Consultant levels. If you don’t have everything in the above job description, but are a consultant with at least a couple of L2C projects under your belt, we still want to hear from you, and we’ve defined the levels below.

Consultant
With 3 to 5 years of consulting experience, you are the engine of delivery. You excel at mastering project workstreams, performing deep-dive analysis, and ensuring our clients are empowered to be self-sufficient long after the engagement ends.
Senior Consultant
With 6 to 8 years of consulting experience, you are the driver of complexity. You take the lead on high-stakes engagements, mentor junior team members, and begin to shape internal Clarasys processes and intellectual property.
Managing Consultant
With 9+ years of consulting experience, you are a strategic partner. You own high-level delivery and account health, drive business development and proposals, and play a pivotal role in coaching and growing the Boston team.
