Job Title: Senior Net Revenue Analyst
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Reports To: Director of Net Revenue
Position Overview
Totlani & Partners is assisting a confidential healthcare organization in the search for a Senior Net Revenue Analyst. This role is critical in supporting financial operations through advanced analytics, revenue modeling, and reimbursement insights.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in net revenue accounting, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience with Kodiak (Crowe) to support data-driven decision-making and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead-level analyst serving as mentor and resource to junior staff
- Support monthly financial close, including data validation, trend analysis, variance research, and journal entries
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and inform leadership decisions
- Develop and enhance accounting reserve methodologies
- Prepare financial reporting schedules for internal and external stakeholders, including auditors
- Evaluate relationships across the revenue cycle and reimbursement structures to optimize net revenue performance
- Produce managed care contract performance and trending reports
- Partner cross-functionally with finance leadership and operational teams
- Contribute to system implementations and process improvements related to net revenue analytics
- Stay current on regulatory and reimbursement changes impacting healthcare finance
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Kodiak (Crowe) experience – required and non-negotiable
- Minimum of 7 years of net revenue experience
- Strong revenue accounting knowledge and experience
- Working knowledge of reimbursement structures across commercial and government payors
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must reside in Houston, TX or surrounding area with ability to work onsite as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience working with systems such as Excel, Lawson, EPSI, or similar financial platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- CPA certification preferred
