Position Summary:
Assistant in supporting staff for Retail Manager, Assistant Manager and Supervisor in the day to day operations of the Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory Store. Help coach and guide customer care standards with the retail staff. Act as a leading example in providing world class customer service. Ensure that safe and cash registers are at the correct amount and have adequate change for the day. Perform daily deposits as needed. Communicate with warehouse team about inventory needs. Deliver timely and accurate customer care for all personalized orders as it relates to phone or walk-in customers. Interact with customers daily to gain product insights and monitor customer care standards.
