We’re partnering with a mission driven outdoor apparel brand to find a talented Graphic Designer with 2D retail design experience. This REMOTE opportunity supports in-store graphics teams and retail campaigns. The position focuses on visual storytelling, signage, and 2D design systems. The position is 3 months to start, with strong likelihood to extend 6+ months. It is fully remote, PST hours (USA based only). There is no application deadline for this role.
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
- Execute 2D design solutions for retail environments, including signage, graphic systems, campaign assets, and in-store storytelling elements.
- Translate campaign concepts into clear, visually compelling graphics that guide and educate customers in-store.
- Support the development of scalable toolkits, templates, and layout systems for consistent execution.
- Partner with senior designers to support campaign rollouts and retail initiatives.
- Create production-ready files and collaborate with vendors to ensure quality and feasibility.
Graphic Designer Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing typography and layout expertise.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with SketchUp or similar 3D tools (nice-to-have).
- Experience creating scalable systems and templates.
- Ability to translate brand direction into production-ready assets.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and production partners.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Retail or in-store design experience is strongly preferred.
