Job DescriptionThe Retail & inventory control Manager serves as the strategic partner for resort retail operations & is responsible for the maintenance of SKUs, Recipes, and Data Validation. Acting as the liaison between F&B Corporate and Operations. Focusing on product sourcing, financial performance, and data-driven decision-making. This role supports multiple resort retail outlets through collaboration with on-site leadership, providing expertise in merchandising, vendor management, inventory control, and revenue optimization. Retail & inventory control Manager works closely with the F&B Directors, inventory control clerks and property leadership to ensure each retail location aligns with brand standards, enhances the guest experience, and achieves profitability goals through efficient operations and strategic planning and supporting the department's operations by organizing, maintaining, and tracking inventory, including supplies, parts, inventory tools, and equipment.
