Key Responsibilities- Lead shifts to ensure quality, speed, and cleanliness standards
- Deliver fast, accurate service (5 minutes in-house / 4 minutes drive-thru)
- Coach and develop team members to maximize performance
- Maintain food safety, inventory, and operational controls
- Manage labor, sales, and daily cash handling
- Create a positive, team-focused work environment
Qualifications- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Food safety knowledge/certification preferred
