Role Description

Waffle House is seeking a full-time Restaurant Operations Manager for its Goodyear, AZ location. This on-site role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality food and exemplary customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a dynamic team, achieving financial goals, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. This position plays a critical role in upholding Waffle House’s mission of providing exceptional dining experiences and caring for all stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to manage teams effectively, including hiring, training, and motivating staff.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Restaurant Operations: Knowledge of food service operations, safety standards, and inventory management.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, cost control, and meeting financial targets.

  • Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
